The key difference between test and production networks is that the test network works both with POST and GET requests, while the production network works only with POST requests.

Performing transactions in the test network
Transaction means transferring cryptocurrency between two addresses. In the test network it is possible to create transaction in order to transfer cryptocurrency from one address to another one with the following GET request:

act=send - method name,
p_to=0x004...433 - recipient address,
p_addr=0x0411...567 - wallet address, it is used when creating a new one,
p_pubk=0x305...432 - sender public key,
p_sign=0x123...678 - signed text: p_to#p_value#p_no## written in one string in the text format with no spaces, learn more about signature,
p_value=1000000 - amount of transfer, value=1 MHC,
p_no=1 - number of outgoing transactions from the address at the time of this transaction.
